Anjou Rouge AOC 2017
Here we are looking for the expression of the fruit with a round palate. A fun wine to go with your meat as well as good pasta or a delicious pizza. Simple or elaborate cuisine, with this wine pairing is easy.

Grape varieties: 90% Cabernet Franc, 10% grolleau
Soil: From vines 35 years old, on a gravelly soil to a depth of about 35 cm resting on shale regolith.
Vinification: After a cold maceration, the fermentation takes about 20 days for the Cabernet and 10 days for the Grolleau. The wine continues its ageing on lees for 9 months without extraction.
The vineyard is in run with respect for the environment, with no synthetic products for plant protection, and no chemical fertilisers.
Harvesting is by hand. Bottled at the Château.
Storage: A wine to be fully appreciated in its youth (2/3 years).
Serving: Serve at room temperature, 1 hour after opening.

- many hams and salamis
- grilled white meat
- tartares or carpaccios
- firm-fleshed fish
- soft cheeses (reblochon , brie, camembert fermier)
